Account information you give us: name, email address and, if you choose, a postal code used only to check eligibility to create for a nearby community.

Order information: shipping address, items ordered and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by NeighborMade.

Design information: the designs you create, the notes and printed copy you enter, and the provenance you declare for uploaded artwork.

Community directory information: publicly published details about schools, congregations, teams and clubs, plus organization contact details from public sources with a record of where each came from.

How we use it

To take and fulfil orders, to screen designs against our content standards, to verify organization claims, to calculate and pay community and creator shares, and to provide support.

Children

NeighborMade accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Community organizations see aggregate sales and earnings for their own community, and the designs submitted to it. They do not receive customer contact details.
